Privacy and your data

Pyraxio by Technocrinology · Updated 27 October 2026

Pyraxio helps doctors learn and use AI. This notice explains what information is used when you sign in, add material, generate an answer or buy credits.

Information we use

We store your account and profile information, learning progress, saved prompts and notes, sources, cases and presentations so you can return to your work. Material you submit can include text, documents, images, audio and signature details. We also record AI usage, model and cost information, credit balances and payment references to operate the service, investigate errors and reconcile purchases.

Sign-in uses Supabase, including Google sign-in when you choose it. Session information and some working drafts are stored in your browser. Use a trusted device, sign out on shared devices and remove local drafts when they are no longer needed.

Patient information and consent

Use fictional or de-identified material wherever possible. Before submitting patient material, obtain the required patient or attendant consent and follow your organisation’s rules. Remove names, contact details, hospital identifiers and identifying images from files and recordings before uploading them.

Discharge name, UHID and IP number fields are stored separately from the generation prompt. Pyraxio attempts to remove these identifiers from text, but automatic redaction can miss information. Uploaded documents, images and recordings may be sent to AI for reading or transcription before their extracted text is redacted. Do not rely on redaction as a guarantee of anonymity.

AI and other service providers

AI requests send the relevant input and selected context through OpenRouter to model providers. Presentations also use the Omega slide service and its image providers. Supabase stores account and application data; hosting infrastructure delivers the app. Research tools may send your search terms to search providers and PubMed. Avoid identifiers in search queries.

These providers may process information outside your country. Their retention and data-use terms vary. Pyraxio does not promise zero retention or that every provider excludes all inputs from training. Read OpenRouter’s privacy policy before sending sensitive material, and contact us if you need details about a particular workflow.

Instamojo or Gumroad handles checkout under its own terms. Pyraxio records payment identifiers and amounts to verify purchases and add credits. The credit balance is shared with DoctorPPT.

Second Brain context

Sources, notes and searchable passages are separate items. “Use as AI context” controls automatic note context in Quick Ask. Second Brain Generate searches passages in the library, topic or selection you choose; switching a summary note off does not exclude its original source. Adding an article creates a source and an automatic summary note. Review your selection before generating.

Retention, deletion and your choices

Saved work stays available until you delete it or request its removal. Deleting a clinical case removes its uploaded files and hides the case immediately; the app schedules permanent removal of the case record after 30 days. Deleting a note does not automatically delete its original source, a downloaded export or a copy saved elsewhere.

Account, billing, security and operational records may be kept where needed to run the service, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Backups and third-party systems may have separate retention periods. Contact us for account deletion, source removal, access or correction requests, or questions about retained records. We may need to verify your account before acting.
